HealthTech is pleased to announce a series of webinars on The Future of Stroke Care. These webinars are designed to help participants understand the steps to creating successful stroke and telestroke centers, while investigating use of beneficial emerging stroke technologies to improve patient outcomes and hospital operations.
The first webinar, entitled Creating a Successful Stroke Center: Lessons Learned, will discuss optimal stroke center operations. Marilyn Rymer, MD, Founder and Director, Saint Luke’s Brain and Stroke Institute and Professor of Medicine, University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine will give this webinar. The first webinar will be October 14, 10:00am – 11:00am PDT and will include a 40-minute presentation with a combined 20-minute forecasting and question and answer session. As a result of this presentation, you and your organization will learn about Stroke Center best practices, lessons learned, and the impact of stroke center operations on workflow, patient care, and the financial performance.
After logging in to the HealthTech website, click on the sign up tab under each event to individually register for the webinar. A registration confirmation with webinar instructions will be emailed to you shortly. The presentation will be emailed out the week of the session.
HealthTech has adopted this technology to improve the diffusion of our research throughout your organization. If colleagues are unable to attend the live Webinar, they may view the recorded presentation at their convenience.
If you have any questions regarding this webinar, please contact Valerie Steinmetz at vsteinmetz@healthtech.org or (415) 537-6934.
